马上中秋国庆大假了,除了外贸常规细碎的工作外,从物流出货的角度来给大家补充几点,供各位外贸人参考:
1. 告知货期需谨慎
工厂一忙,各种情况都可能发生。告知客户货期一定要预留多几天,采用迂回方式告知客户货期具体是多少工作日(working days) 但会尽快安排生产,争取早点出货。
比如工厂生产需要排单,及早下单以便尽快安排:
①Busy production is approaching. Kindly inform you that our factory is working at a full capacity. 旺季将至,我们生产期已经排得很满。
The ealier you place the order, the sooner we can schedule the production plan. 你越早下单,我们才能越快排单。
② Thus, highly appreciated if we can receive your order confirmation soon, and arrange prouction without delay. 因此如能尽早收到订单确认,感激不尽。我们将及时安排订单生产。
2. 报运费、时效要注意:
旺季运费浮动得厉害,附上:
报海运费一定要加上有效期。Please be noted it will be valid within 1 week because of the busy shipping season.
要强调运费因为旺季有所浮动。会更新给客户变动的价格,尽量维持最好的价格给他:There is fluctuation on the freight charge. We'll try our best to keep you best rate for you and update it accordingly.
和客户说明以最后出的运费账单为准。 Final freight cost will be charged at actual.
避免旺季运费变动,把价格说死了,实际出货如果涨幅很大,不好和客户回旋。
另外,物流旺季,温馨提醒客户需要排仓
Because of the busy production season, we need to queue for theavailable shipping space. Please make your decision as soon as possible to avoid further delay. 由于现在是旺季,我们还得预留时间排仓。请尽早做决定,避免进一步延迟。
3. 出运前得上心:
和车间保持沟通,及时了解生产进度。
多拍点照片留底,实时和客户反馈。
提前通知客户做货情况,款到发货。
在发货前确认好数量和大货品质。
确认装箱标识无误,避免清关麻烦。
检查包装,海运散货及空运要加强包装。
及时与货代沟通运费/排仓情况,物流资讯也要及时告知客户,让客户心里有底。
出货前很操心很忙,这才是常态。好过事后客户投诉时再如热锅上的蚂蚁急得团团转。
