前言:最近发了一些动态,如果是关于COLD CALL, 点赞的米友会相对多一些,这也说明,米友们对COLD CALL是比较感兴趣
关于COLD CALL, 理论 实际都学了一些,我将各种知识杂糅到了一起,然后就开始打了,效果也确实很好,有邮件来往的客户,电话上会比邮件上讲的更多,更详细;仅仅我这边发邮件过去,从没收到客人答复的这一类客人,他会去看邮件,并给我回复;当然也有一些邮件进了垃圾箱,客人根本不知道你发过邮件,一个电话过去,立马知道根源,不用在内心做各种猜测。
那如何打一通电话给客人呢?
1)做好心里建设,就只是打个电话而已,没什么大不了。我第一次打电话,鼓其巨大勇气,虽然客人没接到电话,但其实我反而松了一口气,给自己缓了一下,就又继续拿起电话拨打下一位客人。
2)选择合适的时间,通常我会选在客人当地时间早上10点或者下午2-3点。
3)确认国际电话区号,像泰国是0066, 菲律宾是0063,英国是0044,美国是001,一般“+”号,在拨打时就是两个“0”。
4)确认好这一通电话的目的,和客人沟通什么内容,用到的句型和话术是什么,打好草稿。
5)鼓励自己,万事开头难,只管打电话邀约吧。第一次可能会结结巴巴,第二次可能还会,第三次会一点点,第四次可以顺利讲出来,第五次说话不结巴,还能听清客人在讲什么。
什么事情都是一点点进步的,每次一点点进步,就是最好的回报。
6)一台座机,也可以是手机(用WhatsApp拨打)。座机相对而言比较正规,客人也会更信赖一些,因为你用的是实打实的公司座机。第一次打电话推荐用公司座机。
WhatsApp我一般是已经联系过的客人,且有约定过要打视频会议的。
有时间两种一起用,座机打不通,我会用WhatsApp再尝试一遍。如果两者客人都没接到,我就会在WhatsApp上留言,预约下一次的电话沟通时间。
7) 打完电话后,记得发一封邮件,总结下电话沟通内容。

1. --Hello, may I speak to Edwin De Sterke? (If himself answers the call, go to 2; if other one answers the call, go to 3.)
2. --Hi Edwin, I’m calling you from China, to discuss about the confectionery chocolate project(具体根据你们自己的产品做调整哈). I already sent you an email with offer, have you got them?
--Hi, what’s your name?/what is your company name?
--This is Miya. I re-sent you the offer just 1 minute ago. Please help to check the inbox. And if you have any questions, please reply my email or call me.
--Sure. Thanks.
如果他不是负责这个产品的,询问负责人邮箱,电话,姓名。
--Hi, I am not in charge of this product.
--Ok, could you please give me a help? Tell me who is the right person dealing with chocolate product, his name, cell-phone and email address?
--Yes, his name is xxx, you can reach him at xxx@xxx.com, and the phone number is xxx-xxx-xxx.
--Ok, thank you. Please let me repeat to check if it is right. His name is xxxx, email address is xxx@xxx.com, and the phone number is xxx-xxx-xxx.
--Yes, right.
--Ok. So glad to talk to you! Thank you very much! Bye!
3. --Hi, this is c, calling from China. Could you please ask Jim to check the email or call me back? My mobile number is ***.
-- Sure. I will let him know.
--Thank you very much for your kind help! Bye.
