如果想客户后续能顺利且爽快的返单,其实在客户收到产品时应该及时跟进客户的反馈滴~
不仅有助于联络客情,客户的有些反馈,也可以当成下次你推广产品给其他客户的切入点。

最近这个单子能否告知您的反馈,哪些地方我们需要改善,下次我们才能做得更好。

我们很想知道你对我们产品的看法,能否帮忙提供一些您的建议,衷心感谢。

适合长时间没再下单的客户,询不再下单的原因。

* Your comments are very valuable for us.
适合一直下单,已有交情的客户,听听他们为何选择你们,或者为何放弃以前的供应商。
记得多用特殊疑问句,让客户能参与到讨论中来,而非一般疑问句,yes or no这样也得不到任何有效信息~
