1.有意向订单但是未下单的客户。

Chinese New Year is around the corner, we have a holiday from the "Feb 6th to the 19th February"根据情况自己调整。
Is your order urgent? When do you expect to receive the goods? Since the factory is closed during the holiday, we’d like to help you plan the time in advance if your order is urgent.

3.利用假期长时间催单

首先，这类开发信跟春节促单/催单邮件是不一样的，我们发邮件的对象是有合作的客户，清晰地告知公司放假的时间安排即可，不需要太多客套话，简单来说包括3个方面即可：
假期开始日期和结束日期，以及开工日期（你也可以把放假的那些天使用日历的形式展现给客户，可以是图片的形式，让客户一目了然）；
考虑到客户在假期间如果有重要的事情需要联系你，你需要留一个用于紧急联系的邮箱或电话；
利用春节这个时机，送上一个大方得体的春节祝福
在什么时候给客户这个维护型外贸开发信？
对于那些正在跟进的客户，一般是在放假的前5-7天发比较好。你可以先确认一下跟进的进度，然后商量一下假期间的工作安排；
对于那些没有跟进的客户，你可以提前1-2天发就可以了。
