第一个是通知客户：我们即将放国庆假了，里面包含休假时间，以及恢复上班的时间，让客户理解放假期间没法及时处理的事情。

Greetings.

I would like to tell you that we will be on holiday from 10/1--10/07 for our National Day Holiday, and will  return to the office on October 8th.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me as usual, I will handle it as soon as possible once I saw the it.(when I come back office)

第二个是跟潜在客户说明公司放假的时间安排，并提醒客户如果有订单请提前安排，这样我们能在放假之前把订单事宜处理妥当。

最后一封邮件是国庆假期期间自动回复的，可以在邮件里设置相应的内容，大家根据自己行业来做对应的调整。

Thanks so much for your mail/inquiry.

This is an automated response to acknowledge receipt of your mail.

We are on holiday now, will come back to work 7 days later. On 8th October 2022 all of us will  back to office.
